Papa Johns Pizza

Seems that the app defaults to cash on delivery orders. I accidentally ordered before switching my preference to credit. Called the store and asked if I could cancel my order and create a new one with accurate payment method. The employee or manager that answered was very kind, patient, and helpful. She offered to make the changes for me and was delightful to talk to. Customer service like this is so rare these days, I know this person was busy and had a million things going on at once but she took her time to not only take care of my issue that was completely my fault, she chose to act with kindness and professionalism. Wish I would have gotten her name to add to this review. Thank you!

I haven't gone to pick up pizza in person in quite a long time but I went yesterday to get my order and the staff was so welcoming! They greeted me as I entered, gave service with a smile and even asked me to check my order and make sure they had included my garlic butter. The pizzas were perfectly cooked and all of the toppings were just right. I found it pleasantly refreshing to see such high quality service, it really does make all the difference! I'll be picking up orders more often and hopefully they can keep up the good work!

Always a great pizza but I ordered 2 large veg pizza plus chicken one came with chicken and the 2nd one didn't and the guy argued with me saying it had chicken and then hang up the phone and I called again to speak to his manager and still. Here are the photos of the pizza with No chicken I like to see a single piece of chicken here. The manager is sooo rude, I will not buy pizza from them until I get an apology. After 1 hour 5 minutes I receive a cold pizza. I'm unhappy customer so disappointed. I don't recommend this location at All. The store manager Paula was truly great manager she called me and apologized and took care of business, their pizza is my favorite, we love it.

I went to this papa johns because i had a taste for a good pepperoni pizza, and i was not disappointed. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and it was delicious!!!!! The crust was just right, not thin, not thick. It had a sufficient amount of cheese and pepperoni. Just perfect. Well done papa johns.
