Our cashier, Joel Loera, was especially gracious, helpful & kind! Joel let us sit & take our time to order in app. The team was slammed (3p-5p) but they made time to politely confirm we got our orders to the correct people & served deliciously fresh.
The dining room was clean & stocked. There isn’t WiFi available & you have to ask for a key to use the restroom but considering the service, rewards/offers (the app lets you add one of each!) & excellent menu, it is well worth rediscovering this Texas staple.
Thanks Joel & Wendy’s staff on Howard Drive/45 for a memorable visit! We’re dreaming about those sugar cookies!

Probably the best Wendy's I have went on monday and the manager and the guy cashier, I think his name is israel gave such a good vibe and they made it a good experience, plus the food was so good, it tasted very fresh

Bait and switch on upsizing the combos!!! Signs always say .99 but the will charge for xtra every time and the amount fluctuates.

The tables were not clean, the soda machine was off and had to request a soda from the counter

The few times I've been here the food is always fresh and tasty. I've always gotten exactly what I've ordered and get my food quickly in the drive thru or mobile order pickup.

Best Wendy’s of the 610 loop. Fries came out fresh and hot, nuggets came out fresh and hot, they didn’t forget my sauce and my sprite came out clean— no soda droplets on the cup.

After the pandemic hit Wendy's got crazy expensive but now I see they're coming back to a little normal pricing of the menu and the food was good as well
