Bun Bo Huế Cố Do

A must try restaurant. Incredibly delicious pho with a great portion size. The broth is full of rich and deep flavor that warms your soul and captures the taste of home. In case your not sure what size you want they have example bowls at the front to help you decide the correct portion for yourself. I ordered a Com Bo Luc Lac and Thai tea to take home. The Luc Lac was impressively well made with rich flavor. The Thai tea was done perfectly, with just the right level of bitter. The staff is incredibly welcoming, kind and caring. I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu. This place is beyond phenomenal.

I was a frequent customer of the BBH Co Do 2 near Willowbrook and I loved that place and coming here to the first one really did not disappoint. Best BBH in Houston in my opinion and I really think it's their shrimp paste cause it's really addicting. Unlike their chain in Willowbrook, the one here has much more options on their menu and I will eventually be trying the other stuff, but nonetheless, their BBH is to die for.

I really enjoyed the BBH here. They offer three sizes, extra small, small, and large. The middle small size is huge (not sure why they didn't call it a medium). You can order extra pig hock on the side too. Broth we salty, spicy, little sweet (not overly sweet like other places I've had in Houston) and the veggies are fresh. Only con for me is I live in Central Houston and this is far away for me! But will definitely be back when I'm having a craving or in the neighborhood.
