Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

If you have ever wanted to watch how slow a slug makes chicken come here! If you have ever wanted to see 20 layers of paint dry faster than someone can pour coke into a glass this is your spot! They literally take 20 minutes to make you a chicken sandwich that has been sitting there ready for the last 4 hours. The chicken sandwich was cold after waiting that long. Also if you go thru the drive thru since it takes them so long to even take your order they let people that are at the end of the line cut you and place their order at the window so now you get to wait even longer for your food because someone cut the line and they took priority over yours.

Went to the Popeyes on 9707 Antoine Dr. Houston Texas. Placed my order for a chicken sandwich after waiting 20 mins ask where was my order I was told the chicken was freezen and didn't have any and they would give me my money back then had to wait the manager that didn't apologize and was rude. Beware don't go there. I love there chicken and had never had a problem in the other locations.

Strange place, 6:30 pm, walked in and they claim they're closed inside because it's raining outside. Absolutely no reason for this. It was funny though because they had everything put away inside, no condiments napkins. You can tell they were getting ready to go home. Be careful the mobile app let's you order food that's been discontinued. The staff can't cancel the order and you can't do it either. All the staff could say was to call "them" but nobody could figure out who "them" was. What a horrible experience.... Avoid the app at all costs.

This is the worst location ever.. Buyers BEWARE the food is unsafe to eat at this location and the Management is rude. This location on 249 and Antonie sells stale chicken and it dirty inside. Management handles food improperly and store food past it expiration time. And if you do decide to give them a try DONOT expect an apology once you have to return the un edible product..
