Jack In The Box

Food was very very good I know it sounds like im overreacting but it really was good I got the chicken strips with fries you already know. The chicken strips were probally the best I have had so far I dont think anything could compare to the crispy juicy tenders. I devoured them in an instant. Fries, decent needed more salt. I also got myself a dr.pepper that was very good. SERVICE: I understand, It was 12:30am but, taking over 30 minutes to serve us may be too long or not but the food was worth the wait. Not mad about the service or anything I understand it was late and they were tired. But overall Jack in the box is very good probally one of my favorites. I will be a regular customer.

Drive thru only issue is trying to communicate with a Spanish person that has a bad English speaking problem. Couldn't understand half of what she spoke. And just ordered a Sandwich and 2 Taco's. So I was ok with the Food but why would a company that is serving America put a person who can't speak the language at a position to take your order . I don't think I will be returning to this location. If you can't speak the English language maybe you shouldn't be placed in a position that A American born citizen has to try and understand what ever the employee is trying to say. Just not interested in having to deal with the broken language of someone who can't speak fluent English.

It was at shift change. The girl working the window with was surrounded by upper management and in a tizzy (understandably so), and possibly in the weeds. Behind- because she was working the drive-thru. But, she did forget my drink, but she did well, considering. And the food was hot and fresh. And the girl who served us was extremely pleasant throughout. Service doesn't have to be perfect but attitude is always a pleasant surprise when it's positive.
