Ordered delivery and it took almost 1 1/2 hours. After receiving my order the chicken was not edible,it made us sick.The grease looked like muddy water.The pot pie was old.The chicken was suppose to be half crispy and half original,we got all crispy ,it consisted of 4 breast,2 wings,2 legs.
I was suppose to get a call back ,still no phone call.
I got a call from the manager who fixed my food order and then called me back a couple of weeks later to offer a free lunch. I changed the rating to 4 stars to reflect this

Super yummy food. Decent service. However, they double charged me for an item, which is frustrating and earned a removal of a star. Classic KFC experience otherwise!
