The Chicken was good, but the evening crew needs training, this is a MANAGEMENT ISSUE, you can't throw untrained individuals into the fire like this. MANAGEMENT must take the time to properly train individuals. Plus these Golden Chicken places are popping up everywhere, take the time to TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!

First time trying this place and it was surprisingly good. I had good tasty crunchy chicken tenders. Mash potatoes were okay not that flavorful. The rolls were soft and yummy! Service was great and I got my food quick.

Wish Golden Chick had more locations in Houston. Need some inner city spots. Absolutely delicious chicken. They’re definitely giving Popeyes a run for their money. MUST ask for extra crispy to get it just right. You’ll thank me for sure. Try the spicy and the original.

Depending on the day, the chicken can be really salty. But most days it's better than the Popeyes on my side of town. The service is nice too and the people are nice and professional.
