My food was to be Made To Order' but clearly it was not. Old nuggets and limp fries. Do better, in customer service. Don't give customers the option for hot food, if it's not going to be honored.

Ordered for take out to be ready to pick up to avoid the long drive thru line. It said it could be ready for take out. When I get there. I still had to go to the drive thru because they closed the lobby early. When reached pick up window after 25 minutes waiting the food still wasn’t ready.

line was long so i was being patient i ordered and forgot to ask for a water. i asked the guy at the first window if i could order a water and he said No maam ?? how can i not order a water it's free! hes bad an attitude from the minute i got to the window on top of that i got fries and they were ice cold

I love this McDonald's over night manager she knows when she hears a basket of fries no salt exactly what condiments I want before I ask and great customer service

Surprisingly my order was done quickly and I got in-and-out without any problems I have figured out how to get a good price Burger at McDonald's But at this one A large fry was $3.50 they are killing us on the side items with high prices

I asked for a filet-o-fish no cheese and no tartar sauce , only ketchup and still couldn't get my order right. Then I asked for sweet tea and got unsweetened tea. They fill up the fries less than halfway and when you ask for them to fix it they give you a nasty look like if you didn't just pay for your meal. This is all the time with this location. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE THRU!!!!!

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s, when it comes to customer service. Wasn’t retold what I ordered and it didn’t show up on the usual screen and the person who gave me the order undeniable attitude.
Everyone has their hard days but that’s what’s hard about working in customer service, you can’t be shoving your tiredness or hard days onto the customer.

It amazes me how you have yo ask for napkins and ketchup in order to get them... you would think that after $8 on average purchases even napkins would be an automatic thing to have in the bag. Some people don't like
