Little mom and pop shop/family owned and run with great sandwiches and pho and great prices! Literally $5.75 for an incredible sandwich at the time of the post. Most Pho bowls are $11. They have a kids pho (dine in only) for $5! A great deal!!

Amazing! The food was so fresh, flavorful, and ready quickly! I've been here twice and it was even better the second time! Definitely will be coming back. The atmosphere is pretty and quiet. I'm craving more food from here already and compared to other asian restaurants, these prices are great!!

Love this place. I've been going there for at least 10 years. They take vacation break between April and May so I was in withdrawls! Try the #31 or the vermicelli bowls! YUMMIE!!!! I just went there for lunch today!!!!!

Excellent place to eat! Small and kind of easy to miss! But their food is incredible! Everything on the menu is good! Have yet to be disappointed! Their sandwiches are amazing! The bread is really fresh! Never disappointed! Love this place!

Good quality, good service, bahn mi, pho, rice and vermicelli plates. Little strip mall, family run place. We had the noodle seafood pho, nice selection of seafood, served hot with the usual complements. Meat vermicelli noodle plate had good quality beer, nice and tender, noodles, greens etc. Strip mall looks to be dead but this p pool ace certainly is worth stopping by. Excellent, will go back!
