My grandchildren really loved it. They have changed their system since I last was there. Now you have to buy minutes & hours 🙄. I suppose they may have an all-day pass? I was just hanging out with my daughter and her children. Also they take your picture when you arrive with your children and you must show them your pictures on your phone when you leave. Now that's a great ideal. Make sure you only leave with your own children. They had fun, and that's what counts.

Pros: They were willing to help us out with a discounted bundle. My nephew and niece loved the selection of games that were there and had a lot of fun! The place overall is clean, including the bathrooms. I find the pizza to be really good! Cons: While they were more than helpful with the discount we got, I didn’t find the employee that we dealt with at the counter the most approachable. I kind of felt rushed when asking questions and overall just felt she could have been a bit more friendly. Overall, even with the discount, we still dropped almost $100 here. Granted, I did get myself some points as well to play with the kids, but this place is just getting crazy expensive! Apparently a family member of mine let one of the employees know about a game not working and the credit still being taken. We didn’t have anyone come up to us to talk about it and the credit wasn’t given back. Overall, it’s a nice place to go for special occasions!
