Subway

For Subway locations, this one is pretty good. The ingredients are fine and the employees are usually pretty nice. We had issues with a location on Westheimer that keeps us coming here for lunch. My only gripe, and I don't know if this is location specific, is that the bread has gotten awfully thin. The sandwiches still taste great and same amount of ingredients, but it's not as filling as it used to be.

I just wanted to let you know that as my first time at this facility and the best part of this trip was the person that actually helped me and his name is Ariel Flores. The spinach was old and the person that was not helping me kept telling me it was fresh. Fresh spinach does not look Brown, soggy or wilted. I just want to let Alex the manager know that Ariel did a fabulous job in his customer service and I hope he continues to do well. Thank you for assisting me Ariel. I did not have any other complaints or compliments other than that. If the other staff member did not interrupt Ariel I would not have made this review.

I always have the best experience when I eat at this subway. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. The cookies are some of the best cookies I have ever tasted and the staff greets all customers that walk in the door with a cheerful "Hi welcome to subway". Leesa is one of the best subway employees I have ever experienced. She memorized my order and makes it perfectly every time! Even today when my sandwich was being made she asked the customer behind me how her dog was doing with it's separation anxiety because she remembered that detail from a previous conversation/day. Leesa had her order memorized as well. So well memorized, in fact, that the customer didn't even remember what cheese she normally gets but Leesa knew. I go to this Subway everyday I work for lunch and I can't think of a better place I'd rather go. Thanks Subway for making the best sandwiches ever!
