They must have new management. My order was ready in 15 minutes and ready for pick up. When I arrived, they had the place working like a machine. Very convenient on Halloween night!

I wish I had pics, but I'm a school teacher and the kids ate like wolves! Papa John's has dramatically changed the flavor (for the positive), and I'm not sure if it's because od Shaq, but it's no longer run by crazys...Hat tip for good pizza and the kids loved it (including myself)!!

I had a huge order today for 11 pizzas and all the sides. This location was able to do this. The pizzas were correct, fresh and hot! I am very impressed and definitely will not hesitate to order a huge order from them again. My order had to be exact timing as it was for a crew that have there lunch at exactly 12 pm. Everything was ready, everyone was happy, and it made everyone's Friday. Thank you also to the staff that work there as when I called, they were very helpful and gave me accurate information. The employees seemed happy too. We need more of this in this world! Thank you.

I have to say over the past 4 or 5 years I've usually always had something messed up on my pizza at this location (Jones Rd. 77065), it's my kids favorite so we dealt with it. I have ordered from them twice in the past week and half and I have to say I am so beyond pleased! I think theres a new manager, I want to say her name is Nicole, she has been so nice, helpful and just does an amazing job! She isnt rude like the previous manager, which I appreciate! I went in today and they were having issues with their system being down, it was a bit hectic but she handled it like a pro! She was nice and kept her cool, and our pizzas were great! I Seriously hope that she sticks around at this location. I just wanted to give her praise, it's been so long since there was someone up there that was nice. Thank you Nicole! Please stay and keep doing what you're doing!

Garlic Parmesan wings were incredibly hot, juicy and flavorful. Pizza was good, not as hot as it could be when I picked it up. Didn't see on their website where they had a cash limit, had to sacrifice time by getting change nearby and returning to the store. Overall, pretty good!

This place is fantastic, I was an avid Dominoes fan until about two weeks ago when they severely messed my order up and refused to fix it. So last Friday I decided try my local Papa John's and let me just say they completely knocked it out of the park. I have special needs as I am lactose intolerant, Papa John's was very understanding of this need and made sure that my half of the pizza had not one spec of cheese. The order arrived HOT! and my extras that I ordered were in the box. The driver even picked up my paper that had been sitting in the driveway for a while. My dog rushed the door when the driver rang the doorbell, instead of being standoffish he knelt down petted my dog and asked me how my day was going. I had a great experience with this location and have found my new pizza fix!!! Thanks Papa John's
