What an amazing experience today, I haven't been to this location since like 2011 and was hesitant to go because of my previous experience and the restaurant looked messy and sticky floors...BUT WOW!! THIS KFC IS THE BEST LOOKING ONE AND HAS THE BEST STAFF HANDS DOWN. The shift manager was amazing! He was very helpful and even went out of his way to inform me how to get a free sandwich by participating in the survey at the bottom of the receipt. This individual takes pride in his work and it shows in his way of speaking and the way his staff also welcomes guests as they walk in. What an amazing experience and I will be coming back

I usually enjoy this restaurant, two in one😁. Last night was not as great as most visits. Not sure if it was a new employ but he was rude and did not give me what we ordered. First time ever in the 2 years going here, having a negative post. I'm sure they will correct this issue. (Ordered late nite, could have been the problem too,🤷♀️)

This is a KFC/Taco Bell that is clean, and convenient to Beltway 8, and Metro 4 line, as well, as the 152 and 68 busses.
Good food and fast service...and loose change in the parking lot and near the cash register if you are lucky! :-D

This store always agreed to cook my hot wing fresh if I wait. Hot wings just taste nasty once it starts sitting under the lamp too long. I come here very often just for that reason. Manager is very nice to me too. Thanks!

I will definitely come back to this place. Jose made the chicken taste better with his beautiful smile and excellent customer service. I would give a 10 stars to him and the place.

Ordered through grubhub for delivery, I was only given 3 of the 4 sandwiches I ordered. The popcorn chicken was delivered. Everything was in my order except my 4th sandwich, but I did get an extra order of potato wedges. Not sure if that is the fault of the driver or the restaurant. Please check your orders at delivery and when sending them out.

The manager I think his name is Douglas and his team are always so nice to me because of that I have decided to always come to that store. They always trying to help out the customers, they always have a smile to share with everyone and make your day better. They have amazing deals too!!
