Makes my day coming thru in am. I love this place. They know me by name. They know my orders. They smile even when it's miserable outside. I want to mention some of these reviews I'm reading just feel like the reviewer needs a nap. Taking pictures of staff is really gross behavior, you are not a police BTW this isn't c.o.p.s. and you aren't appreciated by anyone. I clock in, load my van, head to 45 n crsstimbers even if I'm going north for the day. It's worth it to go south a few miles first. Other chik files don't have this speed and accuracy

Went thru the drive thru and placed an order before closing and wasn't expecting them to take our order since most places stop taking orders rite before closing time but was happily surprised that they did! the cashier at the window named ezme was very kind and attentive, and conversed with me and my wife while we were waiting for our order which didn't take long. Food was fresh as always but the customer service was above and beyond tonite. 5 stars definitely deserved

Thursday night I stopped to get food at the drive thru and Jonathan was amazingly fast pace, accurate with my order, very friendly service. Friday evening I went inside and spoke with Alan at the front counter and he was exceptionally attentive, made sure all our needs were met, amazing service from him as well. Miss Sam was the manager who oversaw everything and had lovely hospitality she made sure my order was fresh and accurate. I greatly appreciate each and everyone of their time.

So here’s the deal. I rarely give a chick fil a less than 5 stars but today they did fail me. It was busy of course and that’s a good sign. There was employees all over the drive through helping you get your order placed and paid for. The place was clean and nice. I got told to drive up and I just assumed my drinks would be brought out. I realized they sent me out thinking I had my complete order and my drinks didn’t come out. Not a big deal however
