The Bordeaux

Living here as a college student for a few months now - my experience has been nothing but good. There have been a few “minor issues” really regarding things out of reach by apartment and if it was their fault, it’s fixed pretty fast. Maintenance is great here, they’re always fast and helpful. Rent is low, great area, workers are taking care of the complex at all times. The owner of the whole property actually comes in a few days a week and was very nice by letting me use her parking space from Friday-Sunday because my truck has a rough time fitting in my specific parking spot so thats awesome. No guest watching, not anything the other 1 star reviews say! 👍🏼

Even during a pandemic and a winter storm, June and Armando keep us updated and make sure we have everything we need in our apartment. I've seen Roy and the whole team working overtime making sure everybody has heat and water. The maintenance team especially deserves a huge thank you from all of us! <3

I have lived at The Bordeaux for a little over a year. My apartment has large rooms and lots of closet space. Definitely something I wanted. The property grounds are always beautifully kept and I do not ever see any trash laying around. Whenever I need to call maintenance, they are usually here the same day. I have lived in other places in the past and management and maintenance are not as responsive as here. We don't have a washer and dryer, but the laundry rooms are very clean with new machines. No complaints. I plan to renew m lease this year.

In a nutshell: My son was scheduled to move in the end of June 2020, but circumstances caused him to need to move in quicker. June went above and beyond to make this happen and I can't say thank you enough! Yes, these apartments are older but they are very well kept. Management is responsive and caring - what a refreshing change from larger communities where you're 'just a number' after the lease has been signed. Kudos Fingers Company - a lovely complex with great management.

The Bordeaux is more like boutique style, older apartments. Lush, tropical landscaping. Location is fantastic. The best part is that unlike most complexes that do anything to get you to sign a lease but then completely change once you move in, the Bordeaux is the same and consistent! June, the manager here runs a tight ship but that is what keeps this complex quiet and lovely for everyone. I feel like I am home here. I am a native and can tell you from experience, this is one of the better properties!! You should not have any reservations.

My family and I moved into the Bordeaux in August 2019, and we are very happy we chose to rent an apartment here. We immediately noticed how spacious and well kept the apartments are. The management and maintenance staff always respond to our needs quickly and ensure we are taken care of. The property itself is quiet, well maintained, and lovely. The manager, June, is truly a gem! There are a few holiday social events that she puts on during the year for the residents and does a wonderful job. We felt right at home from day one. Overall, we are very pleased.
