Sonic Drive-in

I never write bad reviews because I work in the service industry as well and empathize. However, the person working the drive through just now at 7:50 pm at 5/22/22 was mean for no reason. Even if they didn't have a good day, we didn't give him anything to be nasty to us about. He yelled at us because we asked for a second to get our order to him and then yelled at us because they were out of the specific flavor slushie. (It's fine that they were out, but he didn't have to yell at us)

I cant even tell you what's wrong, the drive thru has not moved for 15 minutes. The speaker doesn't work, so cars have to reach the window before even ordering. Then everyone waits in line for the one car in the front to get their full order, then everyone moves forward. Such a waste of time. Do not recommend stopping here until they fix their stuff.

Slow, slow, slow and if you order from the app you have to call to remind them you are waiting for your order at the stall you checked in at or else you'll have yourself a long day sitting and waiting! I've been here at this location no less than 10 times and it's always the same scenario. People are nice and courteous, just slow.

I completely understand that staffing issues keep you from having both drive-thrus open, but there was not a crowd of cars in line when I arrived. Here’s my experience: -Speaker didn’t work, so you had to pull up to the window -With only 3 cars in front of me, it took 15 MINUTES to get to the glass-shattered drive-thru window, the only reason why it wasn’t longer was that the car in front of me left and didn’t order any food -Waited an additional minute for someone to take my order -I did not receive my receipt. If I could’ve given a half star, I would have. This location MUST DO BETTER! I’m calling customer service right now.

Worst. Sonic. Ever. Keep driving. Chances are you missed it anyway due to the horrible location. Took order at window( since noone asked for my order at menu in line. She asked for clarification on order twice..."A number 1 large tots w/cheese and a large Dr. Pepper"? Tots were cold, mixed with fries and had unmelted cheese slices. Burger was equally poorly prepared. Do not recommend, will never return. The sooner this location closes down the better it would be for Sonics reputation.
