This little gem feel so authentic with its no frills corner of the mini market shop dedicated to hot fresh food. Stop in your jeans. Workman welcome. Families welcome. Similar price to most Thai places but I like it's smallness no frills vibe. Best morning glory anywhere. Hot fresh food. Feels like you've discovered a place no one else knows about. My kids fave place to go.
In my opinion, this is the best Thai food in Brighton and Hove. A bit quirky that its at the back of a shop and with some strange décor, however, the food is incredible. My go to is the Panang curry, the sauce is thick and creamy but I have tried a lot of the menu and I've never been disappointed. Portions are big too. Amazing little gem.
Lovely authentic Thai food cafe at the back. Kinda smelled like Thailand too :) an air of fermented somethings :) didn’t exactly hit the mark for me on food but I have spent 10 years in Thailand (so hardly anything compares) hence 4 star, but it is good value for Hove compared to other Thai places.
I eat here at least once a week, love this place 😍 Delicious Thai food with a handy oriental supermarket attached. Best Thai food in Brighton in my opinion.
Hidden gem, some of the best oriental food we’ve ever had. Welcoming, great service and authentic. We will be back shortly.
I love Unithai. The restaurant part is so quirky, with tables and chairs spilling out from the back cafe, placed amongst the shelves of food in the shop to cope with its popularity. The food is the best, authentic home cooked Thai food in Brighton. The atmosphere is so friendly and you can do your shopping whilst waiting to eat! What's not to love?
Best Thai restaurant in Brighton ! So authentic and delicious , with lovely people.
The supermarket it also great has lots to offer .
I can't believe I used to walk past this shop for half a decade before someone raved about their food in there. What a hidden gem! This is a regular lunch treat for us - pad thai, penang etc are all delicious in there.
Unfortunately, you cannot book and it does get very busy, so it can be pot luck to get a space.
Some of the best Thai food I've had outside of Thailand! The pork broth/soup is insane (see photo), so flavoursome, tons of noodles, spice, meat, deep, rich broth and you get absolutely tons!! For about £7.
Super charming too, hidden away at the back of a Thai/Chinese mini supermarket.
First time buying takeaway food from this shop/cafe last night. The food quality was seriously good, had a prawn masaman curry with a fish cake starter. Exceptional quality! Will be back again 🙏🏼
