Classic place. Menu keeps updating including new dishes. Friendly staff and food at reasonable prices. Very busy on the weekends difficult to get a table if it’s a bigger group. Also has board games. Can use the mobile application to order food to your table. Parking is tricky as it’s on the Main St

We tend to order via the QR code site and before I've put phone down the drinks arrive! Super fast service and the good is always tasty and well presented.

Lovely place to chat , snack drink or have a bigger meal . Food delicious but bar/ app ordering is irksome. Drinks are all fairly priced, but cocktails lack 'punch' . Too much ice is part of the issue.
Really enjoyed the food here, prompt and friendly service too. Packed at 4.30 on a Sunday so obviously popular! Only criticism would be could you have a pale ale from a little, independent Sussex producer rather than the ubiquitous Brewdog?
What a little gem! Amazing menu, I found it hard to choose! And a whole menu for our vegans friends, and another menu for our children... so much to choose from. They have abundance of toys to play with and even a craft corner for children. The staff were good energy and incredibly friendly.

I love Modelo! Been here a couple of times to get some work done. Staff are very friendly and make sure you’re comfortable. Good breakfast/ brunch & lunch menu.
Lovely friendly place. Really good range of food including all day brunch which was just perfect.
Haven't been in the evening but the menu looks like good food and a fair range of drinks.
