Amazing restaurant in every way. Very nice, friendly and professional people are working there and food... that was heaven. I am usually fussy about food, but everything what we eat there was fabulous, fresh and heavenly great. Thank you for great leaving party we had there. Definitely I will come back. You are top.

A lively young hearted atmosphere. A pity the dining area is fairly compact especially in the winter time. Friendly service & delicious cuisine . Highly recommend a visit .

4 and 3/4 stars! A wonderful little restaurant with attentive, warm staff and excellent food. The roast is outstanding value... A quarter star lost because dessert (sorbets and coffees) were a bit of a wait...however, on reflection you can have that quarter star back for putting my delicious (and generously portioned) Seafood Linguini in a 'takeaway foil handbag.' So it's 5 stars actually. FIVE BIG FAT STARS! And we'll be back. Merci x

Fantastic food and service, my husband and I had a lovely dinner here tonight. For starters we had the duck pate and smoked salmon, and for our mains we had the cod and the duck breast, all beautifully cooked, just right, with the correct amount of seasoning. Even the side salad that I requested instead of potatoes was delicious, even if it was just rocket, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, onions and French dressing. For our drinks we had a glass of Chardonnay and Malbec each, and both were excellent. All in all, no complaints at all, and we will definitely be visiting this restaurant again.

This is a lovely little restaurant we went here yesterday for lunch and the food was gorgeous and the staff were lovely. They even allowed our little dog in which is so refreshing for British restaurants. We will defiantly go back

Well organised for social distancing but no booking required (at time of posting). Super friendly staff and very attentive service. It is a classy yet laid back bar and restaurant. It's perfect for meeting friends for a chat or for a special occasion dinner. The decor is stylish and elegant. It is right in the heart of Hove so is a perfect meeting place should you be heading elsewhere later... or why not stay? It's lovely. Hats off to the manager and staff. We had a lovely evening, thank you x

This is a nice, some would say upmarket place, with cool outdoor sitting area. The clientele seems to be quite upmarket (when i went there on Friday afternoon). The food was delicious, but the service, i thought, it was a bit slow. However, the staff was very friendly and polite! This is a place you would go for a romantic dinner with your loved one(s), or go for drinks to mingle with the upper class of Hove. Very cool and friendly atmosphere!

We come here semi regularly as the food is awesome with a great mix of regular dishes and specials (fresh meat and fish dishes featuring prominently). The staff are always attentive and do a great job. They have a nice setup where some just use the bar, others the restaurant, but when you dine the bar just gives the place a nice atmosphere and buzz (its not a busy bar).

We ate at Brasserie Pascal on a Saturday evening, we hadn't booked and although they managed to squeeze us in I'd definitely say booking was recommended. The whole atmosphere of the restaurant really is like a French Brasserie, with a relaxed and informal feel to it. The food itself was very well done - we had the fish of the day and the breast of Guinea Fowl - all well presented and correctly cooked. For dessert we shared the tasting plate, from which I can highly recommend the Pear Tart. This was all washed down with the house red, which although not very exciting, is very drinkable and good value. Overall we had a lovely evening, only slightly marred by the slow service, however this was not a big problem and really just adds to it's authenticity as a French restaurant!

Great Restaurant, Bar, Service, Chef and atmosphere. It all starts at the top the owner cares and it shows all the way through. Had a truly excellent Sunday lunch. The sirloin of beef was beautifully cooked and presented. The roast potatoes normally a let down at restaurants were superb. We had a great lunch at the Ritz two weeks ago, and this was bang up there for quality. I would also highly recommend the Malbec.
