Edit: I have photos now. It is so beautiful in here, really beautiful. I’m going to say “Magical” as it feels it. There’s a private area for laptop users which is also lovely. I’m quite astonished, it’s simply stunning. Hand on heart, I’ve not being anywhere this lovely for yonks. Next to Hove Town Hall at the bottom of Norton Road/Church Road, surrounded by rustling bamboo which keeps the wind off. It’s a little oasis of calm. Glad it’s re-opened. Great to get my espresso and hot chocolate on the way home again. Very friendly staff and it looks super with the new decorations.

A wonderful coffee shop right by the entrance to Hove Town Hall, independent coffee shops are the best with a unique character of their own, this coffee shop is very good and cheaper prices than any other coffee shop I have been in. Cakes and coffee here is very good, not called Sebastians now as it has new owners and a new name....The Miles coffee shop, Est. 2023

I have visited Sebastian's regularly as part of a group and have found him to be very accommodating and friendly. We usually come for a hot drink and the hot chocolates and sweet treats are lovely. When it has been chilly we have been offered blankets and were very impressed with the care for customers. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this cafe.

Walked past here so I popped in for a coffee. The place seemed cosy inside and there was plenty of seating outside. The coffee was good and reasonably priced. The person who served me was welcoming and friendly. Will definitely go again when I'm in the area.

Great independent coffee house, grinds their own coffee which is locally roasted. Great selection of food, cakes and sandwiches. Outdoor seating under cover. Great place for a quick stop. Next to the Town Hall. Sebastian the owner is normally here to serve you and have a chat.

Great little place and well placed if your in the queue for the Council help desk. Their call system is mirrored on the TV above the bar. Have visited a few times and enjoyed a nice Americano (black) with a fresh pastry. Reasonable prices and nice atmosphere.

Nice place to sit while you wait the obligatory hour or so for your number to come up to renew parking permits at the council offices. The coffee is great, the staff very friendly, and there is a good range of pastries and stuff to be had.

Decent coffee spot near the council buildings. Was able to sit for a good length of time without having to be moved. Snacks and drinks were of a decent quality. Would return if in the area.
