Greys Traditional Fish & Chips - Hoveton - Photo album

So when I walked Into the seating area, I was greeted with a really clean area, found a seat and went and ordered the cod and chips, a lovely lady took my order. In no time at all our meal was delivered, oh my god what a portion. Now let's talk about the food, best thing I can say is it was amazing,
Lovely place located close to the river, all food fresh and hot delicious highly recommend and for the money very good value. First time visiting but definitely not my last. Great portion sizes too 😀
Stopped off after visiting bewilderwood norfolk for a bite to eat and found this little town called Hoveton&Wroxham. Parked up and walked along the bridge and found Grays fish and chip shop. Decided to eat in as those sneaky seagulls were flying around keeping an eye out on everyone's food if you we
After going on the broads we had a lovely chippy outside watching the boats For lunchtime one large portion with a sausage was enough for two people
The fish and chips we had were cooked to perfection; portions were large enough that I had to leave more than half my chips in favour of finishing my fish. Staff were lovely and just the right amount of attentive. The atmosphere wasn’t too loud and fairly calm. Excellent; just what we needed after a
Spot on. Nice service and reasonable price for a holiday venue area. And th food, well, those were some of the best chips I've had in ages. Better than Aldborough so that's putting you chaps high up there. Portion of chips £3. Enough to share between two as long as your not greedy. Bravo
What can I say compared to Ken's fish and chips Grey's wipe the floor with them. The fish was that fresh I wasn't sure whether it had just been caught and the chips were beautifully nice and crisp and not swimming in grease as you get elsewhere . And yes I am local and I know I don't have fish and c
I live local in Wroxham, I’ve used all the take aways in the village. I’ve only recently decided to try Greys but can honestly say their chips are the best in my opinion and my wife too. They have a take away service and a sit in restaurant. It’s located on the right as you cross over the road/river
Really well cooked quality fish and chips 10/10 👏👏 Staff were friendly and we really enjoyed our vist.
Picked up two large cod with chips, a rock salmon with chips and a portion of mushy peas. The best fish and chips we have had in years!
We had the pensioners fish and chips, mushy peas, cup of tea and bread and butter for £11:99 It was fantastic. The fish was huge and the batter crispy.
Delicious food. Quick, Friendly service. Bit of shame we sat at the empty table right next to the toilet! But otherwise was good.
Don't bother with McDonald's down the road. These were probably the best chips I've ever had and decently sized too. Even the vinegar was irresistibly tasty. If it wasn't so far from where we're staying I'd have it as my go-to chippy.
We called into Grey's yesterday and had haddock and chips twice in their restaurant. The fish was fresh, the batter was tasty and crunchy. Just how a good fish and chips should be. Lovely friendly service. Thank you Greys
Very good chips, fish excellent and all portions large. Veggie burgers ( not synthetic protein) have fantastic batter, I've never seen the like. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommended!
Only our 2nd visit but worth it as they do lovely Rock Salmon (Huss) and chips Our two girls assistance dogs were welcomed in the restaurant part. Big pot of tea. Very nice staff too.
