Not just restaurant-quality but good restaurant quality for a lot less than the local takeaway competition. Definitely of the non-greasy variety.
Yellow bean sauce was done properly (not naming any names but a nearby competitor's was basically plum sauce). Try the chicken with cashewnuts in yellow bean sauce. Get a second main instead of rice because they're such good value.

Our favourite takeaway by miles. Not sure I've had a dish I didn't like.

We used to eat here a lot years ago when we lived in Hoylake and it was always lovely. But this evening it was outstanding 10/10. The fillet steak was beautiful in the plum sauce Mmmm. The Crispy Lamb Pancake is my favourite dish they do. It’s always cooked to perfection. I recommend the Golden Palace 100% you will not be disappointed. The only thing wrong was me not having enough cash for a tip. It is cash on delivery only but so worth it. We will be back ❤️
