The Corner - Huddersfield - Photo album

Although not easy to find, it is truly worth a visit. A bar with a good atmosphere, a wide selection of great tasting keg and cask beers and excellent food at reasonable prices.
What a lovely place! I came across The Corner after a visit to Huddersfield for a meeting and I needed something to eat. I had a delicious stuffed butternut squash and sweet potato fries. They have a lovely wide choice of ales too and I enjoyed a local ale with my meal. The lady that served me was w
Interesting new-ish bar that showcases the beers of local brewer, Mallinsons. Somewhat hidden, just off the main street and a square. Accessed via a staircase, this takes you to the first floor bar. Lively and full of life, this can be very busy at times, so if you want a seat, go upstairs to the se
A good selection of beverages can be found here as well as a decent food menu too. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable about the well kept beverages they are serving.
Such a favourite spot of ours. A dog friendly pub in the heart of Huddersfield. Whats not to like? The venue is upstairs and serves a wide selection of real ales and craft gin. The bar also has a good selection of low/no alcohol beers too. The corner has great home cooked food which boasts gluten fr
Great beer, food and people (staff and regular customers). The brisket tastes amazing. The Mallinsons’ ales are delicious. They also have tapas at the best prices/quality you can find in England! It is a must if you are in town!
A hidden gem, but access is a problem. Great food, and lots of local beer (not being a beer fan I can't judge) and cider - about £4 a pint. CAMRA award on display. Does have some wines. Nice atmosphere and great blues playing softly in the background. Looks good - clean, cosy. The food is worth goin
I always go in here every time I'm in Huddersfield. The beer selection is amazing. If its busy downstairs there is an upstairs area but it can be a bit quiet and feel a bit like a community hall up there so stay downstairs if you can.
We hired the top room for my mates baby shower, sandwiches scones and a afternoon tea put on by The Corner was lovely. Atmosphere and staff are all 10/10. Thank you so much all of you!!
Great little place for a quiet drink and nice food. They have a nice selection of Real Ales and fresh food to choose from. A regular meeting place for Town fans before and after a match. Looks like a tea room when you walk in but definately a Pub
The staff are so friendly, food is good! Would defiantly recommend the cheese and balsamic onion baguette! Whenever I meet mum for lunch we always go to the corner and order that!
Service is great, friendly staff. The food is outrageously delicious and it definitely delivers value for money on the volume of food you receive. Great selection of beers and ciders, we highly recommend it!
Great beer, reasonable prices, knowledgeable staff, good food. Had a great value fish pie, albeit, greens on the side were only benched, needed softening for me.
Great beer, with an amazing variety of different beers and spirits. The corner is a well kept establishment, with very friendly staff, a pleasant atmosphere, and is generally a good place to go, be it alone or with friends or family
The Mallinsons have opened a corker of a place to not only promote their own beer, but promote others too. The actual “Corner” is a bit modern/minimalistic. Not a traditional pub, but the beer is fantastic, well done!
What a place! A must visit if you're in the area, amazing selection of food and drink and great for business meetings of functions due to the amount of space. Perfect little spot.
Lovely establishment, food selection was a little odd on my last visit but no trouble recommending. Well worth a visit if you're passing.
