We stopped in for a working lunch on a Saturday, the inside was fully booked which was encouraging and because it was sunny we managed to get a table outside, which was also full within the hour another good sign. Service was prompt polite and professional. How they managed all the covers so quickly
We’ve dined here several times over the years. It’s a lovely, independent restaurant with a great menu and is consistently excellent. We’re very lucky to have such a hidden gem within walking distance of our home. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

My partner and I were in some need of cheering up so decided to treat ourselves to some dinner at the Scullery. Sunday menu is excellent value for money, we had 3 courses and feel absolutely stuffed. Quality of the food was great and wait staff attentive. Shall look forward to coming another time.
My aunt and I discovered this place and liked it so much we came back the next night. The appetizers are especially good. She loved the fudge sundae!

The experience and food as a whole was amazing but I felt as though the maitre d was a bit arrogant and defensive, when questioned about the quality of the wine. Otherwise a very pleasant experience within a lovely setting and ambience.

Eaten here a few times now and the food is always fantastic. But what makes it better is you can tell that they genuinely care about the quality they’re producing.

We were a party of four and had been wanting to experience this restaurant for a while! Wow! What a find! Our expectations were high and we were certainly not disappointed. The menu was exciting and varied with specials of the day available and described informatively by the staff.
