Little gem tucked away unless you go looking for it but well worth the find. You are greeted by a fabulous aroma of speciality coffees and teas which you buy to take home but slip upstairs and there is a quaint friendly tea room full of delicious homemade fare, friendly staff and linen tables. So much better than the usual chains.

Don't let the slightly dated upstairs decor put you off, this is a lovely place with very friendly and helpful staff. It has a great range of teas and coffee. The peppermint and liquorice tea was phenomenal! The food portions are decent value and taste great. The fillings of the sandwiches etc are generous. If I were a local them I'd be a regular. Would definitely recommend.

Not often wildly effusive on these things but I had a lovely experience today. Walking in to a cafe with a baby isn't always a very positive experience (eye rolls etc) but I was made to feel extremely welcome and offered an alternative place to change my baby when one wasn't available in the main toilets. The food was delicious, the tea was perfect and the staff were so helpful. I also really enjoyed the unhurried nature of the service, our order was taken promptly and food was very quick but I didn't feel I was being rushed out after which was really nice.

Love this cafe, excellent value and delicious food in a relaxed environment. The selection of tea and coffee is second to none. Can't recommend highly enough.

Absolutely love this place so much choice in teas,coffees and a really good menu.. recently had a baby so cant visit upstairs and its only accessible by staircase, i think theres a table down stairs but would rather not eat/drink with the whole highstreet been able to watch.

Came for lunch with the children, the Food is amazing and the staff are lovely and the coffees and teas there is a massive selection to choose from.lets just say this beautiful place is aptly named and we will be visiting again.
