Thorncliffe Farmshop Tea Room - Huddersfield - Photo album

A beautiful farm shop and cafe in the middle of nowhere, like a mirage, it is a welcome sight for a weary traveller. Lovely vanilla slice and iced coffee. Views of the farms and communication mast all around you. Some specific products you won't find anywhere else.
Strategically located near the highly visible Emley Tower. Good selection of local food and products especially their pies and jams. Good food served from the cafe and great views of the countryside.
Lovely Farm shop full of goodies! We brought some fresh bread, local cheeses and crackers. The cafe was great with a varied menu. It’s dog friendly in the outdoor seating area! Plenty of spaces in the car park. There’s a little play area for kids and they can see the horses from the stables next doo
Beautiful views of Yorkshire, the people are friendly and I was impressed with the quality of meat. Its a lovely cafe with excellent food, clean, friendly, and impeccable service. The portions are big and great value for money. Highly recommend a visit.
Great friendly staff. Lovely full English breakfast. Decent coffee. Farm shop was great too but my only gripe was hardly any products were priced up. Apart from that! It was top notch guys! The pork pies we took home were amazing. Look forward to trying the garlic butter.....it better be good tho
First visit here but definitely won't be the last. I had omlette with salad and my mum had gammon/ egg and real potato chips. I managed to pinch a couple and they were so nice. Great service and very reasonably priced.
Everything looks great, I'd already been to the supermarket so only picked up a couple of bits, but The pork pies are delicious The cooked ham is great And the unsmoked bacon from the counter was amazing, no horrible white stuff came out. Will be going back to try more. Also it's really good value
Thorncliff tasting room is a premium farm cafe. There is a wide choice on the menu. Seating indide and out with fantastic views of the countryside. Staff are pleasant and well presented in matching uniforms. Prices are very good and affordable. Large breakfast £9.95, small £7.95 2 bacon, 2 sausage,
Lovey filling small breakfast Toast, hash brown, egg, bacon, farm sausages, beans, mushroom’s and toms With coffee of course Only complaint egg over cooked but taste was completely yummy. Struggled to eat it all Sausages and bacon amazing (think bacon was dry cured ) Stunning views Great start
Sausage rolls are Amazing. Pork pies are not so good. Nice farm shop.
Amazing selection of produce at affordable prices. Beautiful food at the restaurant that offers great value for money.
Drove past and thought it would be worth going back to see if there was a coffee shop. Discovered a well-stocked and obviously popular farm shop with a cafe attached. We were really impressed with the selection of foods and apparent quality on offer. Enjoyed a pot of tea in the restaurant with a mag
Nice lunch in the cafe there, we had the salads, beautifully presented. Farm shop too expensive by a long way. 👎
Good quality local produce, home cooked ready meals and fantastic pies, cafe next door selling great food.
Great shop. Excellent pies & sausages.
Great food and lovely staff, reckon it would have been 5 stars if we'd gone at a quieter time, but Sunday morning was crazy busy, resulting in long queues to be served.
What a surprise it was to eat there. After a drtve through Emley and picturesque countryside we arrived at the farm shop and cafe, where we ate really good value, tasty meals and enjoyed a good cup of tea.The chips are excellent and so is the view from the tables. After our meal we had the pleasure o
