Always busy because of the great food and great service. The hot roast beef sandwich with gravy is to die for. If you get the chance, try it. Turkey seasoning with pickled onion and mayo...the portion is amazing!

Had a pleasant experience here having used the drive thru. My cappuccino was nice and the cheese and onion toastie didn't upset either. Personally the apple pie wasn't to my liking, too much filling with little pastry. I prefer an evenish balance.

Brilliant cafe. Merrie England is a very welcoming, cosy place for a catch up and good food. The staff here are very polite and the service is rapid. Merrie England are also taking all the right precautions against Covid-19 and so I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

I have had my lunch here for years .excellent sandwiches .brilliant coffee and good atmosphere .I highly recommend them.

Busy “drive through” and often need to park up until order ready. Very popular. Good choice of sandwiches and food. Coffee always good.

Nice sandwiches in what is probably best described as an old fashioned cafe. Bit pricey but all the staff are lovely and the food and drinks are decent enough.

Good quality food and coffee. Friendly staff always helpful, reasonably priced, I would say in-between Greggs and Costa on cost would recommend, especially the hot beef sandwich.
