Had a great meal in Nandos Huddersfield yesterday staff were very friendly and we even got a few freebies too for having a nice Scottish accent and a cute new baby. Will definitely be visiting again. Keep up the good work!

Lovely food and friendly staff. Had the half chicken sharing platter. It was fantastic! Chicken was tender and juicy, spiced just right. The sauces were great but not as hot as the labels make out lol.
One of the best customer service at a nandos ive experienced.

Came here with my family on Thursday and the staff were amazing. There was a big group of us having lunch and the manager I'm guessing was so accommodating. He made us a big table so we could all sit together. The staff were fantastic and again so polite and friendly. The food was piping hot, very quick and very tasty. Definitely recommend coming here, thank you 😊

On this particular experience was absolutely spot on and the only reason I can explain why is because of the attentiveness and accommodating nature of the lovely Manageress called Victoria, I have never dealt with her before on my many outings to this Huddersfield restaurant but she has far better customer service skills and hospitality etiquette than the other managers I've dealt with before. And with all that I had no problems at all with any of our meals and was delicious to say the least.
I definitely worth a return visit!
We haven’t been to Nando’s for a very long time and we’ve got to say it’s so much better..
I need to mention Matty who met us at the door and was so accommodating and so so helpful.. such a wonderful chap.. a credit to the business as to was Amed (I’m sorry if spelt wrong) who served us at the tills.. to be honest everyone we spoke to including the manager was excellent.. massive improvement..
If I had to say one thing.. we were still eating starters when the waiter came over with the main, which was a bit awkward .. other than that perfect.
The only Nando's I've been to, and more than likely the only one I ever will return to. The staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating. As soon as you walk in they dedicate themselves fully towards your comfort and care.
The food is actually a lot better than I thought it would be, with lots of options available and even quite a number of vegetarian options too.
The only negative is that the seating can feel quite claustrophobic at times, but it's hard to help this for such a busy, popular location.
Will definitely visit again.
Lovely place, great atmosphere, clean, friendly staff that greets you with a smile. Cute design of place, tables and menus.
Portions are also reasonable. We got a boneless sharing platter with 4 regular sides and it was more than enough for two adults!
Chicken was delicious, especially hips. Breast was a bit on a drier side, just as mash, but still yummy. Coleslaw, broccoli, chips - super nice. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, order through qr worked just fine✨
All in all, do recommend!
I’m not usually one to leave a review, however I believe this member of staff deserves the recognition. Aliya is always so friendly and polite, serving us with nothing but a smile every time we go in. She’s lovely to chat to and always makes an effort to make sure everyone is comfortable.
She is a credit to the restaurant and deserves recognition for her continuous amazing service.
It had been a whikensince I went to Nando's because I wanted to be vegetarian, but it was nice to see that they have a wide array of food and cater to pretty much all diets. Thus Nando's looked great, fancy a bit posh, the staff were lovely and attentive and completely helped out. I would definitely recommend not just for the food but also the atmosphere.
