Proper pub with good atmosphere, decent prices and friendly people.Highly recommended
Only had drinks. What an amazing atmosphere,karaoke was brilliant even I didn't sing. Friendly staff.
Let's say 4.9 stars, would have been 5 stars but Doom Bar had just run off. Nice recent refurbishment and great outdoor seating area (more than town?) Will definitely add to my list of regular pubs to visit!

Nice town centre pub. Very reasonably priced drinks. Pleasant atmosphere and a couple of screens which usually has sport on.

Fantastic staff and service great people to speak to and a great pub to drink at with a humble atmospheric vibe and brilliant characters. Karaoke nights always top class and would recommend to anyone searching for a proper pub cause this is a proper pub.

Can't believe how much nicer this pub is after the recent refurbishment . Good beer , cheap beer and friendly bar staff . Will definitely be popping in again when in town.

This pub was a popular place when I was growing up in Huddersfield.. My parent’s, family and friends enjoyed lots and of good times and many memories of Huddersfield in the old days. Whenever we had visitors from overseas they would all enjoy nights out at The Old Hatte 🍻🍻. Cheers!
