Great tasting food ! The only reason why the review has not got 5* is purely for the chips. Portions were really small, not sure if that was because there wasn’t enough made before I came in or it’s just a standard size but nevertheless I will be coming back again !

Driven past many times and finally stopped here today to try the samosas. No veggie available so had to have chicken. They are big and tasty. The accompanying salad pot is a fine mix too. My only regret is not dropping in before now. I'll be back (to try the mango ice cream) and get another Nutella samosa (forgot to mention the delicious sweet treat).

First time trying here and what a find! Tried a sampling box with masala fish bites, meat samosa and chicken kebab...it was delicious. Beautifully cooked and full of flavour. Have been back with my family a couple of times since my first chance visit and this place never disappoints. lovely Ice cream and Nutella samosa's for pudding too, Traditional Fish & Chips with a twist. Well worth a try and now a favourite of ours.

I was genuinely impressed by the masala fish & chips. Both the fish & the chips are cooked to order. The fish is fresh and the batter excellent. It is not overly spicy (sort of like medium on the nandos range an doesn't stay 'hot' like a curry) The battered fish was beautifully dressed with dedicate flavours of herbs (coriander?) sliced pepper & light garish. It was different to usual fish&chips but very, very good. Chips were good quality too. Well cooked, not super oily but juicy chip shop chips. To be objective, week later I also tried their traditional fish&chips. Again it was very good. Cooked to order and showed the fish used was high quality as were the chips. KeSam's traditional fish&chips were right up there in terms the best fish&chips in Huddersfield. We all have different personal tastes but my rating as the best traditional fish&chips in Huddersfield & local area is Lindley Fish bar. KeSam's traditional fish& chips weren't far behind. However it is the Masala fish& chips which gives KeSam it's unique taste point. I'd highly recommend trying this excellent new Fish&chip taste in Huddersfield (think Martsons Chicken shop for an idea of a 'cut above' in quality) of the masala fish.
