Cracking pub with great hosts will definitely be back the next time we are passing through.

What a gem! The staff were outstanding - friendly and accommodating; the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time. Fantastic menu, varied and caters well for all tastes and dietary requirements. Lovely personal and relaxed atmosphere in a very nice space. Very highly recommend!
Cute little bar/restaurant. Food was just okay but one member of staff who I believe was called Alex was absolutely brilliant, really helpful, funny and professional. Hope she has a long career in hospitality because she’s absolutely brilliant

We booked a table at the Plume for a double family celebration as Hungerford is a central point for all of us , I booked based on review and photos. Each time I had reason to call to make updates the staff and owner were so helpful, polite and accommodating. The meal was excellent, the staff were brilliant, bubbly and efficient and made us feel so welcome, I will most definitely find reason to book again and will recommend to all.! A lovely experience. We stopped off in Hungerford on our canal boat holiday and had a lovely lunch at The Plume. A very warm welcome for the four of us and our dogs, Gertie & Arthur. They are dog friendly and have a decent sized outdoor seating area. Really good service from both the ladies looking after us, very chatty and friendly and they made us feel extremely welcome. Treats for the dogs and we also got to meet 8 month-old Humphrey the Leonberger puppy (who was enormous and very tolerant of our barking dogs who were initially somewhat startled by his size)
I highly recommend The Plume, great food and spot on in terms of customer care. Well done!
Lovely pub lovely staff ,only went in for drinks but looking forward to going in for food .
