Have always enjoyed our visits to this Starbucks inside the main services building. The food & drinks are always good quality and hot, the only issue is the cake portions are small and somewhat expensive, otherwise have no problems at all here. The comfortable seating area is always clean & tidy and the service is efficient, but this experience is based on visits later in the evening when few people are in there.
service was very good, the man wanted me to try my drink before we paid to make sure it was up to standards!
We just picked up coffees at the drive through window at the Eastbound Membury Starbucks and credit where credit is due, the customer service was spot on, orders were right first time, no repetition needed and the lady was friendly. Also, I'm not keen on Starbucks coffee usually, but this was the nicest oat flat white I've had at a Starbucks.
After several mediocre experience, 7th May around 9:40pm, we had a fabulous Flat white. The barista did a great job.

Its a motorway Starbucks..lots of parking, and lots of indoor space.
Christmas decorations were novel with coffee cup baubles.

Great service in a convenient location. Everything is looked after and looks fresh.
Kelly at the outside Starbucks was amazing! She fixed my drink after the inside Starbucks lied twice about my drink being blond roast. Which I knew wasn’t because I drink Starbucks daily. I don’t believe the Starbucks inside the welcome in is a real Starbucks but franchise.
