Good shop, prices may seem slightly high but the portions make up for it. Two large chips is plenty for 4 adults or two adults + 3 children

Really tasty food! Perfectly cooked. Young lady behind the counter was really friendly. Luckily we had cash as this shop does not take card at the time of writing this (June 2020) defo recommend the chicken strips!
We had a mixture of fish and chips and sausage and batter with chips . That was the best takeaway I've had in years . The batter was crisp and tasty and the chips spot on . £5 for cod and chips lite bite which filled my 15 and 18 year old boys is a steal . That would cost £9 back home . I'm going to

We've lived in Hungerford for the past 16 yrs and never been to the fish and chip shop until now. Friends have said how good they are now and they were not wrong. Excellent food cooked to order. Friendly staff.. Best fish and chips outside of Leeds...

Had our first fish supper since lockdown. The newish owners have taken the Hungerford fish n chips shop to amazing new heights of quality and flavour. I cannot recommend it high enough.

Nice!!......grabbed some cod & chips and made our way up to see the sunsetting at the Gibbet. Good tasty fish, chips were great and great portion size as well so money well spent I say.....🤪👍
