Quite a long queue on our visit, but got served quick enough. Plenty of choices of ice cream to pick from, although some of the options on the board were not there, and likewise, they weren't all labelled in the freezer - so you couldn't pick without double checking what they might be. Ice cream was £3.50 a scoop so certainly not cheap - but I can imagine I have also paid more than this for fairly average ice cream in other places.
If I could gibe 4 & 1/2 I would! It loses half a star for the waffles, they were a little stodgy, other than that perfect! I have a chocolate & beetroot cake (which I have never tried before and it was beautiful!) would recommend. Service was really good and quick and although we ordered a fair bit at once with all different flavours & toppings they all came correct and how we ordered them :) would definitely go back!
Also you get free WiFi while there too :)

Great ice cream shop. Lots of unique flavours you dont see often like lemon meringue and coconut.

Fantastic ice cream! Had the white chocolate and malteezer and it was delicious! Very big portions and reasonably priced! Can't wait for my next visit!
Went to the Pavilion Cafe which is attached . Great coffe and great Viennese Whirls. Good value. Spent a lovely time drinking coffee and knitting watching the world go by. Lovely staff. Recommend
Couldn't fault the ice cream. Homemade ice cream; one scoop £3.00, two scoops £5.00. All the flavours are top quality for the price you pay. They even have a vegan soya based ice cream. Would recommend to anyone on a hot day!
