Mi Pueblito Mexican Restaurant

i have a few notes to add to this and most are good, i believe I only have one complaint • starting off with a good point, my server was very professional and carried themself with confidence, that is something I admire among any worker in the food industry. i unfortunately don't know their name, but they were feminine presenting with beautiful tattoos done by their brother. i do wish I asked for their name now • another high point is that all the times I've been to Mi Pueblito, my food has been a 7/10 or above. i do unfortunately have something to complain about the refried beans, but it will be my only complaint. • i have no proof of this, but I do strongly believe that the beans are simply canned and seasoned. I'm Hispanic and I come from a long line of Hispanic cooking, and I do believe that I know how cooked refried beans taste in comparison to canned refried beans. now hear me out, that isn't necessarily a bad thing, the beans are good, I'm only complaining because I do remember a claim that they are authentic. • on a better note, Mi Pueblito does have very nice prices. I recently ordered the "Enchiladas Diablos" and was very impressed with everything (aside from my beans, of course) being as high quality for the price of $8-9. alright I'm tired of writing now stay safe 💛 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
