Mcdonald's

The quality is dreadful, the only thing consistent about this place is the further decline in quality, not just in product, but also the workers. Every time I come here eagerly waiting for a taste of the yellow crispy goodness of the McDonald's French fry, my golden arch smile is immediately flipped upside down when I am met with a limp, old, stale, and soggy fry, a sad excuse that is inexcusable. Furthermore I would like to bring to attention the lack of attention this place offers, many a time my order has been delivered to me whilst missing one, or many of the desired items, fries with no salt, a drink with no ice, a cheeseburger with no beef patty. The lack of care, the lack of responsibility is appalling and has not only insulted me, but has insulted my extended family, a despicable action that I can no longer turn a blind eye to, the only thing valuable about this place is the pricing of the goods that I only sometimes get when I place my order, sad, 2/5.

It's not even worth calling the manager about because they will do absolutely nothing. We spent 32 dollars on 3 kids meals and 2 adult meals. The crispy chicken sandwich was not edible because it was cold and dark colored like it has been setting out all morning. The 2 pattis on the hamburger were dark and rubber like it had been cooked hours earlier. I hate spending that kind of money at a place and you can't even eat your food. The kids love mcdonalds chicken nuggets but we will be eating nuggets from home from now on.
