Excellent village pub with lots of activities going on throughout the year. Lovely beer garden to sit by the river. Well worth a visit
We stopped here for a night in our camper on a whim. It's possibly the friendliest pub I've ever visited. There was a few locals in as it was just a Tuesday night, about all of them at some point acknowledged us or started a conversation about the area etc. The landlord was also super helpful tellin
Today Brian welcomed me and a party of 11 cars after a car tour. We were all made very welcome after a blast of 100 miles or more and we all enjoyed an excellent breakfast. (I had a George II). The whole party were really pleased at the food and service here at the George (I had rung Brian the night
Stayed here for an overnight stop over in our Motorhome.
Landlord couldn't do enough for you.
You can order a Takeaway and eat it in the pub and the Breakfast was 10 out of 10!
Friendly atmosphere will defernately stay again!
Everything a great British pub should be. Didn't eat but the drinks were well mixed, staff were lovely and the vibe is traditional 👌
Great local pub. Very friendly and some good ales. Lookout for pop up kitchens with tasty food.
We called in earlier as we are caravanning nearby. Very friendly service and well priced drinks

The landlord and locals were extremely welcoming. Highly recommended.
We went for the afternoon tea. Excellent food. Nicely presented. Very good value. Recommended.
nice pub will be even better when they do food
Had a stay over in our motorhome here. Really friendly pub. Great beer and very accommodating staff and locals.
Excellent pint of Grainstore Ale. We also had their ploughman’s and it was absolutely delicious. The bread rolls were of excellent quality and really tasty. The ploughman’s was served on a slate and there wasn’t a morsel of food left afterwards. They also hold event nights there and we will be back
Lovely cosy pub recently re opened under new ownership by the river in Ramsey Forty Foot. Good selection of drinks, nice beer garden and breakfast served at weekends. Along with themed days and the promise of more to come. Hopefully a bar menu soon!New owners are going the extra mile!
We have passed the George Inn many times on our wayward travels. I'm delighted to finally have the opportunity to stop there for lunch. We were treated to great home cooked food made on the premises. The service was good and a we received a very warm welcome. Be advised, the menu is not extensiv
Great pub in Ramsey Forty Foot. It has new owners and they have done a great job decorating, has a very cozy feel. They have a few guest beers and just started doing breakfasts and pub lunches. Large beer garden with benches. Will be going back!
Very welcoming & good food too.
