Huge portions, delicious food and really helpful staff. Inside is clean and smooth with good atmosphere. Now this restourant is my best pick for Indian cuisine! Amazing value for money! Will be back for sure!

Quiet despite great food, service can be a little random, but that's the only negative thing. Great fish dishes! All in all well recommended

I've been eating Indian Bangladeshi food for over 60 years . The friendly welcome when we arrived and the quality and quantity of the food was excellent. I had an old favourite Bombay chicken. Used to be a portion of chicken on the bone with a boiled egg and potato. These days very few restaurants serve chicken on the bone. So it was diced chicken which was fine. There were four of us there all had different dishes and a portion of Bombay Allo. Best I've had for years. The Peshwari nann was incredible very large well cooked with some ghee brushed on it. I wished I live nearer but hope to visit again sometime. If you go there don't be put off with the outside appearance. Worth a visit.

A regular haunt of mine. Old school attentive table service and authentic dishes. No parking on the main strert but park in the opposite side road. It's worth walking a few feet to eat here.

Very good quality genuinely Indian food - polite, efficient and non-intrusive service. A good range of old familiar favourites and some less usual dishes from the indian sub-continent which are well worth trying. Medium priced but worth it for the quality. Parking in the nearby village car park on the A265 - three minutes walk away.

Don't be put off by the tired exterior. It's beautifully decorated inside and the food and service is superb. Banquet night is really good value. Never had a bad meal there.

Best Indian around ! These guys always deliver weather you eat in or take away ! The food is hot and fresh everytime ! They make everything to order unlike some and even do me a Balti Madras hot ! We travel to use them instead of our local ! It's just so much better ! And best part is the cost ! It's normally around £15-20 cheaper than our local ! Definitely recommend !

Fantastic, I have never ever been disappointed at the claypot. The staff are so very friendly and helpful. Tonight they cooked me a special Indian dish it was fantastic. They are keen to help you try something different that might not be on the menu.I I will always recommend and shall frequently go to The Claypot. I

Quick service and excellent takeaway food. The curry that I ordered was very well cooked and all of the various side dishes were well done also. Most importantly, the peshwari naan was done excellently. The only thing that was wrong really was the poor look of the salad. Everything else, very good. P.S. Don't park on the A21, there is a free car park 100yds down the A265
