Always a lovely visit here, staff are very friendly and helpful. My daughter has autism and doesn't like music. Staff have always turned it off when she comes in.

I arrived at 4:20pm on Sunday to which the staff told me that the store was shut, even though the door was still open, lights still on and the website stating clear as day that the store closes at 4:30pm. Clearly the staff do not care about the service they provide. Not to mention that their manner
Great coffee - not the cheapest coffee shop, but you DO get a great cup of coffee, relaxed atmosphere and free WiFi for the price! Had my first Gluten Free Mince Pie of the year as well š!
Just would like to say thanks for the lovely way I was treated at my favourite coffee ā shop the staff always have a smile and asking is everything OK with your customer's and delightful atmosphere that you can't wait to g back and inviting your friends, family for a nice cuppa coffee ā and a chat
