Popped in Friday for a few items - this is not my local Asda so was unsure of where things were. However, a member of staff named Teresa who I believe was a cleaner was very informative and helpful. She was very smiley and happy to help me and made my experience very pleasant. Thank you Teresa.
Good size car park. Alot of spaces to pack
Shop at this store every week and have always found staff to be approachable and helpful. The only issue I have is that the 'Scan and Go' only works for me about 60 to 70% of the time. I have now learnt to put the cashpot barcode on my mobile before entering the store as it rarely connects whilst inside the store and definitely does not connect when at the checkout. Whether it is an issue with my network (Three) I do not know.
Apart from this issue I find this store to be perfectly adequate in all respects.
Large Asda superstore which is open till late but not a 24 hour store. Well laid out spacious store. Has a large spacious car park, has cash points for convenience. Inside all the usual Asda grocery stuff you need from fresh fruits and vegetables, n confectionary, drinks, bakery amongst other things. Has self checkout section as well as plenty of tills. Friendly staff able to help you out when needed. Pleasant shopping experience with nice modern store.
I bought a sock. It was nice.
I went to asda huyton to the pharmacy I suffer with backpain so I don't walk around shops anymore unfortunately. I grabbed some bits from the chemist aisle and went to self checkout. A young fella came to me and asked if I was OK as I was in pain he offered me a chair if I needed to sit he was so nice and helpful. I asked his name when I had finished

its becoming very exspensive to shop here . Too exspensive. Staff very good .
Today I was amazed at the customer service I received off a member of staff in the opticians named Karen L.
Karen went up over and beyond with me .. She took her time and helped me choose 2 pairs of glasses and was very patient and understanding ..
I was so relaxed in her company and I can honestly say that Karen is a credit to Asda and I will let all my family and friends know how fantastic Karen is at her job .. Thank you so much for caring and your remarkable service today .. I really appreciate your help ..
