Popped in Friday for a few items - this is not my local Asda so was unsure of where things were. However, a member of staff named Teresa who I believe was a cleaner was very informative and helpful. She was very smiley and happy to help me and made my experience very pleasant. Thank you Teresa.

its becoming very exspensive to shop here . Too exspensive. Staff very good .

Shop at this store every week and have always found staff to be approachable and helpful. The only issue I have is that the 'Scan and Go' only works for me about 60 to 70% of the time. I have now learnt to put the cashpot barcode on my mobile before entering the store as it rarely connects whilst inside the store and definitely does not connect when at the checkout. Whether it is an issue with my network (Three) I do not know.
Apart from this issue I find this store to be perfectly adequate in all respects.

I went to asda huyton to the pharmacy I suffer with backpain so I don't walk around shops anymore unfortunately. I grabbed some bits from the chemist aisle and went to self checkout. A young fella came to me and asked if I was OK as I was in pain he offered me a chair if I needed to sit he was so nice and helpful. I asked his name when I had finished

I gave up trying to find an item needed for a recipe. So continued with my shopping. Further on in the store I spoke to a staff member who was on the home shopping.
She went out of her way to help me locate the item.
We couldnt find it but she recommended an alternative item.
I asked her name which was Suzanne.
I thanked her.
Suzanne went out of her way to help me.
