On 26.01.18 We had our wedding here. We have been planning this for at least 18 months, in between there was a hand over in management but you wouldn't have known. It has been so easy liasing with the manager Warren and he and the staff have been so helpful. The day went smoothly and perfect. We could not have asked for more and our guests complimented the venue, food and atmosphere. Amazing place and great staff!!
Outdoor movie night is a fantastic idea & we had an amazing time. We are in the restaurant beforehand & had a lovely meal. The waitress was attentive & I couldn’t fault the food. The salt& pepper calamari was cooked perfectly and I loved the cod loin with mini fish pie & samphire. Thanks for a great evening �
We got married in the Bluebell suite on this Saturday gone 7/10/2017. It was an amazing day and went perfect thanks to all the staff and warren the manager. The room was decorated amazingly by Louise from vivi venues and the food was gorgeous. Couldn't of picked a better venue to have our special day. Thank you to all the staff and warren for making it so perfect
Got married in the blue bell suite on 18/11/2017 it was such a wonderful day I loved every minute of it. We got treated amazing for start to end, I would recommend the venue to anybody
We had a family meal for my daughters 21st birthday and it was lovely. The lady serving us was superb knowing about my gluten free requirements and making sure my niece had her food and a colouring pack to keep her entertained.
love it here, staff efficient and friendly, great atmosphere and lovely surroundings, have eaten here lots of times, never disappointed, last night drinks and crisps with friends, a great night had by all
Loved the food here the cottage pie was so nice the jam sponge was ok but you could tell it microwaveable because it was really tough dry in places
But would definitely go back again lovely atmosphere clean everywhere staff that served us were friendly

We visited so we could meet up as a family of six. My daughter drove from Sheffield and we drove from Warrington. It is a very pleasant venue and the decor is in good condition. The staff were friendly and helpful. Tables are normally booked for 2 hours but we explained, when we booked, that this was a family reunion so they extended our time. We stayed for nearly 4 hours. The food was very tasty and was well presented. As well as the usual main menu, they do a lunch menu and also have a children and young adults menu. There is plenty of parking and some disabled parking. There are steps at the front door. I did not see a disabled entrance but there may be one. Toilets are upstairs but not sure about a disabled one. We would definitely visit again when we are in the area.

A good variety of dishes on the menu served by very helpful, friendly staff, in pleasant surroundings. Once ordered, be prepared to wait as everything is freshly cooked.
Food was good although nothing special. 6 in our party and some feedback was belly pork and black pudding starter but was more fat than meat. Rump steak was bit on tough side and yes it was rare to medium but still doesn't need to be tough to cut.
Overall pleasant experience would return but not in a rush though
Food was OK but clearly pre-plated and heated up. The lamb was tasty but the crackling was already going soft when served. The vegetables had already shrivelled up but it was edible.
Service was excellent. Waitress was prompt and attentive, cheerful and keen.
Joshua Bradley has always had a good atmosphere that is not overwhelming.
We went here for meal for my sons 11th birthday, all of us enjoyed it, the food was amazing, staff were brilliant with us adults and the two children, the atmosphere was brilliant the meals were worth there money and were very generous portions, the place itself was beautiful, very welcoming tidy and clean, the staff were amazing, we didn't wait long for our drinks or food, I would definitely recommend this place to others and we will definitely be returning too 😊.
There was Eight of us and they seated us in the Conservatory where there were quite a few larger parties than ours. It was extremely noisy. Would have preferred to sit in the main pub. There seemed plenty of room in some of the other rooms.
Had middle steak it was 100% lovely staff nothing to much trouble - really nice atmosphere
We booked a meal for Sunday 10th Sept for my daughters 15th birthday. We’ve visited the Joshua Bradley before, but it was back in 2019. The 2019 visit was lovely, but this one was so much better. The food was amazing, especially the Scallop starter. Would 100% go back there.
Absolutely faultless, the food was amazing, very reasonably priced.
The pasta Linguini was incredible, not overpowers but full of Flavour.
And my Mum said the steak was the best steak she had in her life,

Had the Sunday Dinner Platter for 2 and the food was fabulous! An abundance of meat, lots of vegetables that were crunchy and fresh and a couple of types of potatoes. Went later on in the evening and the food was still all really well cooked and presented. Would definitely have this again.
Was in the Bluebell suite for a wedding; food was absolutely stunning - both the after-service buffet and the bbq at night. Plenty of drinks behind the bar and lots of variety. Outside area was great (would have been even better if the weather had been better). A very special place for a very special day x
My 1st visit to the restaurant with a friend who lives nearby.
I had the roasted skin on chicken with crushed potatoes, asparagus wrapped in parma ham & creamed leeks. It was delicious 😋
Food is always great, never had a bad meal. Staff are always attentive and nothing is too much trouble, great selection of beers and wines and the atmosphere is always very good.
Been here a couple of times for food now.
It's not the cheapest but the food is great and the staff are all lovely.
It's a lovely building with a big beer garden, plenty of parking and it's dog friendly. Great family pub.
