We’ve stopped here for lunch a few times when we’ve been out on the motorbikes. It’s a fantastic tea room. The staff are welcoming, the food is incredible and the outdoor garden area is really nice. I’d highly recommend it.

Lovely pot of tea in proper china cups! Nice sandwich, great cakes. Plenty of parking. Friendly, but professional staff.
A lovely little cafe with delicious cream teas. The outdoor seats were difficult to push a wheelchair to over the gravel and grass.
Great place to stop over for a Nice tasty lunch, tea cake . Playground for our son in the yard. Lovely!

Stopped off for a hot drink and sausage rolls, if your passing stop and pop in, there's benches and table's outside, with a play area for the little one's. Even if you don't need to, go and visit the toilet,the decor is different and has plenty of reading material. Friendly, warm atmosphere.
First visit, popped in for tea and a bacon sandwich, a little more expensive than a greasy spoon, but far better quality.
They have an interesting variety of seats and tables, not your usual cafe furniture.
Well worth another visit
Excellent cream teas, coffee and cakes. Very easy to just drive pass as it's on a busy stretch of the A259, but you will be missing fabulous home cooked food and friendly service. Well worth stopping!!

Stumbled upon the tea rooms by chance and was very pleasantly surprised. Thanks ladies, enjoyed drinking tea out of China cup and saucer and lovely sarnie. Would say excellent, pity l didn't have room for the cakes...
Nipped in today for a cuppa, didn't expect much and was unprepared for the fabulous range of cakes, cream teas, afternoon teas etc. Service was friendly and the tea was excellent. Come here, you won't be disappointed.
Delightful location next to orchard after noon tea with scones fruit or stilton cheese served with piccadilly sauce. Granny's tea set in china cups home made warm scones very fresh. NO plants available at this time, well worth visit in this mass market world
Really friendly staff, good with allergies and have gluten and dairy free options including cakes, highly recommended. Lovely to sit outside in the sunshine and surroundings enjoying sandwiches, cakes and tea.
Very friendly service and welcoming great atmosphere will be back very soon with a donation for your cause for them special brave people in Ukraine.
Excellent lunch very friendly courteous staff will definitely return when next in the area , and would certainly recommend.
