Went with my family and could not help but notice how the service was excellent. We had ordered the meal and the waitress made sure we were happy with our food. The next table had small children and left the table in a bit of a mess but the waitress had cleaned up without complaint with help from her colleagues. Well done to the staff and hope it continues.

The food was amazing alhamdulliah. I ordered quarter grill chicken with buffalo wings and it was on point. They never shy away when it's comes to giving us a lot of sauces for the chicken. What made the experience better was Akgul; amazing waiter, wonderful person. She made sure our food was on point and all of our needs have been met. Good customer service 💯. Will come back soon.

I always go to Ilford branch since last 7 years, now I feel this is my home dining. All staffs are friendly, specially Argul is very friendly and helpful. she is too good for service, friendly, smile on face always, quicker and awesome behaviour. She is loyal staff. Roosters is pretty good. <br/>Sure, it is a Nando's knockoff in most respects, but this eatery actually has a smart way of offering a similar and yet more diverse menu. In addition to the various Peri Peri heat/spice options, food can also be ordered in eIther a Lebanese, Mexican or Tikka Marinade. The meal platters and combo meals are similar to the Nando's offering, but there are some good additions too, such as the Satays and the Steaks. These additions actually do not confuse the menu and the flavours work. <br/>Prices are very comparable to that of its competitors and represent good value. <br/>On the down side, the chicken pieces and the side orders are on the small side, especially when compared to the large chicken legs and wings served up at Nando's. The meal platters also have a feeble amount of fries. There are also no unlimited drink refills and the myriad of Nando's style spicy table sauces are sadly absent. This may be a real bummer for some people. <br/>The decor is contemporary and minimalist smart and in a style that is different to most other fast food eateries. <br/>I love my chicken extra hot, but I also want to savour the flavour of the marinades. This is where Roosters does well, as the marinades here are not dominated to the same extent by the fiery heat of the chillies and the grilled BBQ flavour and marinade flavours are well balanced. I can recommend the wings and the chicken. Both are good, consistently moist and not dry. These type of peri peri chicken eateries are popping up everywhere, but this is one of the better ones. <br/>If you are going to imitate something, then at least do a good job of it or do it better. I think Roosters have certainly done a good job of it. However, if unlimited soft drinks and table sauces are important to you, head to Nando's. <br/>Halal.
