Amazing lounge! Amazing workers! I love the whole vibe. Shisha flavours are on point and produce thick clouds, and their mocktails are so refreshing and tasty! Would defo recommend this place!

I have been coming here for years. 1 of my favourite shisha places. The 2 owners of this place are amazing people and down to earth, 1 of the main reasons me and my friends keep coming back along with thier great shisha flavours and food plus excellent customer service.

One of the top Shisha lounges hands down, chilled calm atmosphere, staff are really friendly and helpful. You gotta visit Basement Lounge if your a fan of good quality Shisha.

First and foremost, the shisha was brilliant. The service was attentive and the decor provided a brilliant relaxed yet classy vibe. This was my first time here and certainly won’t be my last! Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.... and don’t leave without trying the mint tea!

The best shisha spot I’ve been in without a doubt. What’s there not to like? 🤷🏻♂️ Tv’s everywhere, cold beverages, if you want a quick snack they prepare it there on the spot..very convenient place with exotic mojitos and tea. I specifically like the ice shisha pipe, there ones are really smooth. Ten ten place! Customer service is on point 👌🏻

I have been going to Basement lounge for years now and they have always kept a very high level of service, friendly staff, amazing shisha, great range of hot/cold drinks and foods. One of the only shisha places I still go too because of the relaxed atmosphere they've created.
