Marvellous lounge, great staff who treated me well. The food was amazing, especially the gourmet burger (would definitely have it again). Shisha was very smooth and full of flavour. Not many can produce a consistent taste over the course of 2 hours and still tasted like it was first started. Tremendous overall. Would recommend who would like to be in a relaxed, mature vibe with an amazing service on par.
Red Rose Lounge is HIGHLY recommended. Mabs and Shah are very welcoming and make sure that you are comfortable on EVERY visit! Shisha is ALWAYS awesome that I just tell Mabs to make me something special and its always great! They have a new Chef Sultan who made us 2 FANTASTIC wraps 👌🏼. He made sure meat was cooked to perfection and made sure he put a lot of his love for food in our dishes.😊 Good call on taking him on! Thanks to the Red Rose Lounge Team! 😎 Keep up the good work as the feeling we get as a customer together with your 5+ star service makes you guys the best shisha and food lounge in town!!
Both service and food was great. It took a bit time but you can understand that as the food was freshly prepared and presented well. Good Shisha collection aswell.
First visit to this lounge. Food & shisha was amazing. Must admit service was above par. The owner was very attentive and ensured our shisha had sufficient coal. Quality shisha that did not burn out quickly. Would definitely go back.

Usual visit to Red Rose. Good service and excellent flavours, can't go wrong. They look after you when you go. Haven't tried their food yet, but I can vouch for their shisha, drinks and milkshakes.
Came for breakfast and coffee and Sultan surprised me with an amazing full breakfast! An unassuming little place that will surprise you with its quality.
I visited London from Los Angeles on a Business trip and was in search of a place that would allow me to work, enjoy good food and shisha. I called the owner and asked if this place would accommodate my request and he guaranteed I'm in good hands. My experience was beyond expectation with the amount of hospitality they gave. Frankly, I had to return for a second time despite visiting for a short window! Yes, it was that good. So please don't play yourself and go elsewhere. The decor is has medieval/rustic vibes and most importantly you can actually hear the person across you talk. The music is low-key and chill. Drop in, you won't regret your visit. I wish LA had places like this.
Went here for my birthday for a small meal.
The chef Mr.Sultan had exceptional customer service and made us an excellent gourmet burger. One to remember.
The staff were very caring as they also surprised me with a delightful birthday cake.
Over all shisha was also brilliant. A great place to go for a calm and cosy atmosphere and great food.
Once again, thanks to Mr. Sultan the chef.
