The Rendezvous Cafe-bar - Ilfracombe - Photo album

I went with my grandson to watch ' Peace at Last' a story he is read often, it was his first time at a theatre. A small audience in a small setting, well performed, enjoyed by all. A lovely introduction to live performances.
Great setting on the North Devon coast. An unusual, unique theatre. It's always a thrill to go and see a variety of shows over the years. The Bar area could be a lot bigger to accommodate more oeople and the car parking is not easy when the theatre is full.
Only popped in for a quick coffee and a cake last Sunday afternoon, but based on what we saw it seems a very clean, well organised and well run venue with no shortage of shows and entertainment coming up in the not too distant future. It's very comfortable inside, light & airy with uninterrupted vie
Nice and clean. Had paninis as well as drinks. Toilets accessible only for customers with a code on bottom of receipt. Could have been better aroma wise. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would visit again.
I popped in here to get a latte to go before leaving Ilfracombe. Latte was reasonably priced and was very nice. Server was friendly and welcoming. Quick service, even though it was quite busy. Toilets are for customer use only. Clean and tidy Good range of products on offer. Food looked good.
Had a great evening watching Bill Bailey, a true master comedian at work. The theatre is a great building in its own right, looking a bit tired, but still a great performing space. Knocked a star off because of the rude bar staff and expensive, poor quality wine and beer.... yet again Definitely wor
Lovely cafe nice coffee and staff.
Popped into the cafe for some lunch and was very pleasantly surprised. Between us we had a panini, halloumi burger and jacket potato and were all pleased with our order
My husband had to use the toilet on our visit to Ilfracombe, bit of a struggle as he had to get a code first off the staff then he couldn't see the tiny numbers on the thing . But unknown to us he lost his wallet on our trip obviously didn't know where. Today in the post he got his wallet back,
I've never been here for lunch before but thought we'd give it a go, it was absolutely lovely and I've been back a couple of times now. The food and service is great, really impressed.
We had a nice coffee here . They have a large lounge seating area and a function room where they play music. The café takes card payment only though as they didn't except cash.
What a lovely theatre. Had a coffee here and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Dog friendly too.
We went to see Fleetwood Mac Songbook! They were amazing. The theatre was the perfect venue for the sound, lighting & ambience.
Rough around the edges but works perfectly as a theatre.
Great show, lovely place. Receptionist was lovely. Clean toilets. We had a lovely day
I can only comment on the theatre cafe, which is excellent, great service, food & coffee. I'm sure, as a venue, it's very popular.
