I’ve been to this Morrisons frequently, but never eaten in the cafe until recently. It was good to see that there was an offer, with any adult meal over £6.99, kids eat for free! Both of the meals that we ordered were cooked correctly, without any problems. Unfortunately most of the staff were either unhelpful, or looked like they didn’t want to be at work, for example when asking for a high chair, she just pointed & said somewhere over there!
Finally the baby change toilet was massive, with there being enough room for a buggy & more. It could however do with an update, as the large seat looked dirty & past it.
Morrisons goes up and down on taste in my opinion, sometimes we get really nice food fresh and other times it's just doesn't taste the same. I think alot of products have had the recipe changed.
Some of the prices have been too high compared to other rivals they need to keep price matching on more stock.
Lots of lovely fresh foods and flowers.
Large frozen selection. Gorgeous bakery full of cakes and breads. Cafe excellent good value breakfast.
Had what we needed and that’s more than M&S had (and following one of their recipes!!)

Other eating establishments seem to think a side salad consists of just lettuce leaves. And charge a fortune for that bland experience.

It always comes in handy especially when it comes to the evening and staff our on point in putting mark downs out and it's not so all hands in there our well organized and some staff will ask what you wanting and they will mark it down there and then
Just needed to replace the tin opener at short notice.
16th March visited Morrisons cafeteria, and we had an excellent meal. It was part of their Meal. Drink and Dessert for 8.99 . The Fish and Chips were first-rate, hot, and well cooked. The service was quick and with pleasant staff. Will go again soon.
Went for a big shop, store was clean and tidy, and generally well stocked for Saturday dinnertime.
Staff were polite and helpful.
Had lunch in the restuarant, the Fish and Chips is really good, and considering the price of everything nowadays, good value for money.
Will shop and eat there again.
Am happy with the morrisons Eastwood store. Its clean & has friendly helpfull staff.
Our favourite supermarket with a selection of small shops inside that prepare top quality food.

Buy 90% of my shopping from here love the meat counter as an added bonus
Really big Morrison's has all sorts of stuff there (key cutting, dry cleaners, cafe), does get super busy at times. Could do with better pedestrian access as cars often drive through crossing while pedestrians waiting. One lady was waiting with a pram, please be careful people!
