We booked a table for Wednesday night as it seems almost impossible to book at short notice for a weekend table.
And now we know why! The service was exceptional and the food was fresh and perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. An superb dining experience. Highly recommended.
Bistro Saigon is without a doubt my favourite restaurant in Ilkley! A lovely atmosphere whether dining for lunch or dinner; their service and food is excellent and always exceeds expectations. My family and I visit on a regular basis, often with friends (they probably get sick of seeing our faces!).
Really good Vietnamese with a varied menu. The puddings in particular were really good, especially the Baked Alaska.

A gem of a restaurant. We enjoyed a great meal on Friday evening. The food could not be faulted. The combination of flavours in all the vegetarian dishes we ordered made this such a memorable meal. Plus.... excellent service, a good selection of wines, and a delicious dessert.

I have visited this restaurant for almost 10 years and all bar 1 meal it has been fantastic.
The staff are brilliant and the food is even better.

Had the most amazing food here last night, really authentic and well made food. The blend of favours was incredible and the vegetarian/vegan menu the most extreme I've I've seen in ilkley anywhere! Couldn't recommend more!
I can't overstate how good Bistro Saigon is. The food is carefully cooked and presented, and full of subtle and varied flavours. The place has a contemporary feel in furnishing, design and ambiance. And the staff are helpful, practical and delightful!
