We had a really wonderful stay here. The staff are very nice, the rooms we stayed in simple but very large and a great value for the price. The breakfast was delicious as well! Our only regret is that we never stayed for lunch to try the Yorkshire puddings! Travelling with two young children we found a lot to do in Ilkley and the neighbouring towns. I would highly recommend stopping here for a few days.

Absolutely love this place if there were more stars to give I would. Service is always fantastic every time we go in! Cannot fault the food, my daughter can be the pickiest at best of times but every time we eat here she always eats well. We all love the home cooked food especially the Yorkshire Pudding Menu!

Came here twice for lunch. The food is absolutely beautiful, one of the best meals I've had in a while. Everything is homemade and really delicious! Prices are fantastic and well worth the food. Fabulous selection of vegetarian meals. Service was outstanding. Will definitely be returning!

We went for Sunday lunch, 2 adults, a senior and a toddler. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The carvery was lovely, generous and good value at £8.50. The senior special was £8.50 for two courses and the kids meals were huge! Would visit again and recommend :)

Had a nice early evening drink before going elsewhere for dinner. The pub played music that I liked at a suitable volume. The crowd is generally 40+. The wine was reasonably priced but could have done with being a little bit colder.

Their giant Yorkshire puddings filled with braised steak was a big hit with my husband he just managed to finish it, and declared it wonderful. I had the chicken supreme with roasted potatoes and vegetables, really good The service was excellent, the cost for this lunch was less than £25 with tea for two as well. I recommend a visit.

Note great place for Coeliac’s. Went today with a friend for lunch, had the full turkey lunch, plus all the trimmings, Followed by fruit crumble & brandy sauce. This was all gluten free, with a huge range of items to chose from and GF too, amazing. Outstanding food, friendly staff, the prices are so reasonable, this place beats most of the other restaurants in Ilkley by far. Would definitely recommend, a great place, will be back. Thank you so much.

Brilliant B & B My girlfriend and I have stayed here twice this year. Both times we really enjoyed our visit. We do a lot of “leisure” travelling around the UK and this is one of the best B & B’s we have stayed in. Our room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was cooked by someone who obviously appreciated a “full English” and my girlfriend was well satisfied with her vegetarian option. The owner and his staff are welcoming and helpful but not overbearing which also applies to the two handsome black Labradors that live there. The location is great both for touring and locally for access to shops and restaurants of which there are several good ones. There is limited parking but we never had a problem getting a space.

Great food and lovely service. My friend and I came to The Dalesway for lunch, I had scampi and chips with mushy peas and tartar sauce. Simple food that really hit the spot, and they know how to pour a decent pint. Their table service was super friendly and I would definitely go again.

This place does the best vegetarian Sunday dinner I have ever had that I haven't made myself :) Great choice of vegetarian options, friendly staff and not too expensive at all. We have had Sunday dinner here now a couple of times and will be heading back soon.

Amazing everything was tastey and on point, the staff talked to me like a person and I enjoyed that. The only downfall is the chips were slightly undercooked and the chairs were a bit dirty. I loved it otherwise highly recommend it

Visited this pub on the ilkley carnival day and not a regular of kinds was greeted very hospitality and friendly from the off and had probably one of the first BLACK SHEEP pints pulled of the day in a plastic glass and it was faultless.. I stayed out side their premises with other carnival goers in good spirits

The Dalesway, in Lower Brooke Street Ilkley, is a place I occasionally visit, for Sunday Lunch, it provides a good range of choice, the food which is beautifully cooked, and presented , and very flavoursome will not break the bank, and they offer a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.... thoroughly enjoyable....
