Great place for the food and drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very fresh and tasty. Highly recommended!
Great food, service needs work.
We went in Tuesday at noon, only two tables already seated. We had to wave at the manager for someone to take our order. While the service was friendly, they weren’t exactly attentive. We noticed this also with the existing two tables already there. The food took 40-45minutes to arrive, but was great. However, it took forever to attract the managers’ attention to pay the bill. While I can understand slower service if a restaurant is busy, this was definitely not the case. The waiter was rarely present, and the manager with the headset appeared to be more interested in her phone than checking on the seated tables.
We would definitely go again for the food, we would hope the service gets better.
A pleasant atmosphere and fabulous customer service from Eva. I wanted to try the new espresso as a latte, when Eva found out that they only had soya milk available she was very apologetic and even offered me a full fefund. I tried it anyway and I'm recommending this blend because it tasted as it was advertised. I'm giving 4 stars to Banyan and 5 stars for Eva.

Came in with my Daughter and her friend to kill some time before a party, the girls decided they wanted to try a Mocktail and Katie behind the bar was amazing with the girls. She showed them everything that went in and also let them help shake the drink up.

A nice place to eat with a variety of dishes which are tasty. The staff are always friendly and polite. 4 stars as there could be more options and a more clear selection of lunch deals could be offered (Make them clear on the menu). Overall I would reccomend this place for a tasty, fairly reasonably priced place to eat in Ilkley. My favourite is the Korean Fried Chicken sandwich with fries.
Went for bottomless supper with 3 other friends. Natalie and Katy served us. I cannot rate these girls highly enough for their attentiveness to us and we tipped heavily for this....we never tip that high but all of us agreed the service was best we ever had. The girls well really appreciative of this. Food also excellent, highly likely we will return and ask for same girls to serve. Thankyou for a lovely evening.
Came here with my sister a few weeks ago and had the best time! Eva was our wonderful server - she was very attentive and gave us some recommendations for things to do on the rest of our trip. Will return!
We enjoyed lunch at Banyan earlier this week. The food was excellent and has a healthy eating theme - except the puddings! We found the service good and managed get in and out in just over an hour. I think we will return soon.
